WIEN COACHING CIRCLE
WIEN Coaching Circle is a small group of individuals with common goals who want to work on those goals in a supportive and motivating environment They meet at specific times to learn and grow by coaching and being coached alongside other purpose-driven business leaders who share values of purpose, authenticity and a coaching approach to leadership.
During the coaching circle, participants will share, resolve real challenges/issues confidentially and learn from each other. All members have their turn in the “hot seat” during which the rest of the group serves as peer coaches. Group members offer each other honest feedback, brainstorming, cheerleading and much needed truth-telling.
