The Women In Energy Network (WIEN) is pleased to announce key industry leaders and corporate sponsors confirmed for the WIEN Gala & Awards 2026, scheduled for Wednesday, 11 November 2026, at the Metropolitan Club, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The Gala will celebrate six years of WIEN’s existence and five years of impact in advancing women’s participation, leadership, and representation across Nigeria’s energy sector. The event will bring together industry leaders, policymakers, investors, and professionals for an evening of recognition, networking, and conversations on the future of the energy industry.

Keynote Speaker and Milestone Launch

The convener, Engr. Tony Attah, MD/CEO of Renaissance Africa Energy Company Limited, is pleased to confirm Dr. Mutiu Sunmonu as the Keynote Speaker, bringing distinguished industry leadership to this milestone celebration.

A major highlight of the evening will be the official launch of the WIEN Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Benchmark for the Energy Sector, developed in partnership with KPMG. The Benchmark aims to support greater awareness, measurement, and advancement of diversity, equity, and inclusion across the industry.
