EYONO FATAYI-WILLIAMS is an astute influencer, innovator, highly dedicated technocrat and professional, committed to achieving results. Strategic with excellent networking and communications skills, passionate about organizational effectiveness, governance and leadership development of young people.

Over 30 years management and leadership experience in Oil and Gas, IT, Banking, Security Printing and Manufacturing. Areas of experience include Oil and Gas Contracts, Human Resources, IT/Telecoms, Brand and Reputation Management, Sustainable Development, Stakeholder Engagement, Communications and Public Relations.

Former General Manager External Relations and Sustainable Development of Nigeria LNG Limited, VP Gas and Board Member Women In Energy Network. Board Member JDR Energy Resources Ltd. and JDR Business and Management Consultants Ltd. She has several years’ experience in leadership positions in the manufacturing, security printing and banking industry sectors prior to joining the oil and gas industry over 25 years ago. She held several management positions in Nigeria LNG cutting across several disciplines and functional areas including IT and Telecomms, Commercial Gas Administration, Human Resources, External Relations and Sustainable Development.

Serves on the boards of several companies and NGOs and on a volunteer basis serves as the Executive Director of Africa Missions Global, a not for profit community development organisation with a reach across Africa.

An alumna of the University of Lagos and Leeds Metropolitan University with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s in Corporate Governance respectively. She has attended several management and leadership courses including the executive general and advanced management programs of Cranfield University, INSEAD Business School and the FT (Directors Course) respectively.

She is a fellow of the Energy Institute. She also enjoys the membership of several professional and industry associations including the Institute of Directors, Nigerian Institute of Public Relations, Wimbiz, the Nigerian Gas Association, the Women In Energy Network (WIEN) Nigeria, a John Maxwell Certified Coach, Mentor and Speaker.
